About the Board

Board Members are volunteers and residents of South Park. Individually, Board Members can do no more than any other resident. Sometimes we are stopped by someone who has a complaint and they become upset that we cannot resolve their issue to their satisfaction immediately. In fact, new state laws preclude us from doing many things, except during Board Meetings.

In all honesty, your best bet is to send an email to CMS or a Board Member. It helps substantially if you explain the issue clearly and completely. If you send an email to the wrong Board Member, rest assured that they will forward it on to the appropriate person or group. If email is not a possibility for you, then a phone call to CMS is certainly appropriate.

Additionally, the Board meets the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm. Residents are welcome to attend. If you plan to speak, you will be given that opportunity as the first order of business, so please arrive on time.

Board Members are unpaid volunteers and we have jobs and families. All of us would prefer to hear from residents by email. We do not want phone calls or people knocking on our door. Email allows us to organize our time efficiently. While the Board realizes that some residents prefer not to use email, we hope that everyone can understand we value our own personal time.
